To use the new visual library

Ensure that you have the latest version of your theme.

Create a new page and give it a title

Click on the 'Edit with Elementor' button

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Download Icon

Browse the Pages or Blocks tab and click to preview or insert

After you have imported the page, you'll likely want to remove the default page title at the top.

Additionally you may want to enable the transparent header as is shown in many pages on the live demo.
This video shows that setting.
