Extending and Renewing Bellevue Support

Bellevue support passes are now purchased directly from the Bellevue team.

Active support — Extend Tier 2 priority support by six months for US$29. This becomes available when less than six months remain and adds time from your current support expiry.

Expired support — Restart Tier 2 priority support for six months for US$39. The new support period begins when payment is verified.

How verification works

Envato customers connect their Envato account so Bellevue can verify the purchase and current support date. Direct customers enter their direct purchase code and purchase email. If you have multiple Bellevue licenses, select the exact purchase you want supported.

A support pass purchased here is a direct service from Pixel Makers Creative INC. It does not alter your Envato support record, theme license, downloads, activation allowance, or lifetime Bellevue updates.

What happens if support expires?

Your Bellevue theme license, downloads, and updates remain unchanged. An active support period is required when you need new support from the Bellevue team.
