Ajax Error or missing demo content during demo import

During installation you may see "Ajax" errors or you may be missing options like "Media Files", "Custom CSS" as shown below. 

Here are a few known conflicts we have been above to resolve.

Maintenance, Under construction and password-protected pages

Server Permissions

Plugins, especially those that block access like maintenance and coming soon pages can cause issues.

WordPress not allowing Plugins to be installed

Sometimes WordPress cannot automatically install plugins or upload images without prompting you to enter in your FTP user / pass each time. This is usually an incorrect hosting configuration but you can try this workaround.

Boost your server settings

Please check to ensure your host has provided you with the correct server settings.

Other plugin conflicts

There could be unknown conflicts with other plugins. Please be sure to only use the plugins that come recommended by the theme. You'll find a list in the referenced article below.

Detect any SSL certificate issues

SSL issues can cause hiccups during install but cause problems during our build phase.

Are you using a fully qualified domain name or are you using in IP address?

Make sure you have a domain associated with your site. IP Addresses might not work.

Rerun the installer

Try rerunning the installer again once you have revised all of the above troubleshooting tips
